5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features are billed on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, and content, is owned by Persopsys and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you submit.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Persopsys shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
